Here are the latest stats for horse properties in the Santa Ynez Valley. Starting next month I will be incorporating more equestrian friendly communities on the Central Coast including "the Mesa" of Nipomo and Arroyo Grande in south San Luis Obispo county and the Orcutt area of Santa Maria (north Santa Barbara county).
