  • Make sure you don't pay too much for your new home. As a real estate expert in this area, I help negotiate on your behalf. Sellers have a contractual agreement with the listing agent to get them the best price...shouldn't you have equal representation?
  • Contact you first with information about properties that are not yet on the market or developments in the marketplace.  Buyers who have a signed Representaion Agreement with me will get priority service.
